Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Percival Donato got the match started through his kick off. Edinho Furtado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robinho Catarinense, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. João Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Percival Donato in the 9th minute of the match. Agenor Mazza was extremely unlucky when he, in the 11th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 12 minutes of play, Juari SC's Agenor Mazza made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Queiroz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 15th minute Serafim França shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho Furtado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agenor Mazza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Queiroz having to interfere. If Percival Donato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edinho Furtado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robinho Catarinense in the 31st minute of play. Serafim França fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edinho Furtado having to interfere. João Queiroz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edson Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The attack was good, but when Percival Donato in the 41st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Samuca Cardozo during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th minute, Robinho Catarinense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serafim França to make the kick off. Tabapira's Robinho Catarinense got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Serafim França sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 61 played minutes Juari SC got a freekick which was hit by Percival Donato. Robinho Catarinense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 70 played minutes Tabapira got a freekick which was hit by Mané Travassos. Agenor Mazza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Queiroz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Agenor Mazza might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over João Queiroz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agenor Mazza ran back to his position shaking his head. Samuca Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 74th minute of the match Luiz Fábio Brodel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but João Queiroz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Edinho Furtado was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Robinho Catarinense showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 76 minute of play. Agenor Mazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Tabapira players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Juari SC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
