Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luís Fábio Alcântara kicked off to start the match. César Madureira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Augusto de Medeiros in the 5th minute of the match. Benjamim Mumbach hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Cutape AD's César Pereira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Thomás Pontes. Thomás Pontes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Pedro Augusto de Medeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. César Madureira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Cutape AD's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Fábio Alcântara came free, but César Madureira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Cutape AD's César Pereira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thomás Pontes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 31st minute, Pedro Augusto de Medeiros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aguia SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. A collision led to Aguia SS getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Denílson Coutinho hit a great ball. If Pedro Augusto de Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when César Pereira got free with Thomás Pontes in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If César Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vítor Simões to make the kick off. Vítor Simões sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling César Pereira in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thomás Pontes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aguia SS's Thomás Pontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor Simões in the 65th minute of play. Thomás Pontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vítor Simões in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Luís Fábio Alcântara lined in a short shot 2-2 behind a frustrated César Madureira. Haroldo Trancoso kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Aguia SS's zone, César Pereira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomás Pontes came out of the goal and César Pereira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, César Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cutape AD's supporters rose to their feet, but César Pereira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomás Pontes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thomás Pontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from César Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the game, Benjamim Mumbach was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aguia SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cutape AD the free kick. The referee gave Cutape AD a penalty, 84 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tiaguinho Travassos, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Aguia SS's Thomás Pontes. 3-2. When César Pereira came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Cutape AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that César Pereira couldn't finish the play. In the 97th minute, Vítor Simões got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cutape AD fully deserved thier win.
