Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Sandro Moreno started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Sassafraz's goal looked a bit too open when Cássio Braga came free, but Marcelinho Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 5 minutes, Valdemar Velloso made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Jaguatei's Ronaldão Linhares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13thth minute of the game Cássio Braga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sassafraz's Marcelinho Castro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 15th minute, one of Sassafraz:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sassafraz. Ronaldão Linhares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandro Moreno in the 20th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Sassafraz's goal looked a bit too open when Cássio Braga came free, but Marcelinho Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armandinho Sarmento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Marcelinho Castro made a huge save. The Jaguatei fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Jaguatei's Armandinho Sarmento looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 37th match minute, Sassafraz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinícius Furtado to maneuver through the defense. Jaguatei's Armandinho Sarmento came free and shot a quick shot against goal 41 minutes in the game, fortunately Marcelinho Castro had problems saving as it came toward the left post. In the 43rd minute, Armandinho Sarmento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Marcelinho Castro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 46th minute of the match, Armandinho Sarmento got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marcelinho Castro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Valdemar Velloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Jaguatei's Ronaldão Linhares got control of the ball when Valdemar Velloso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Valdemar Velloso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronaldão Linhares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Ronaldão Linhares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandro Moreno, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 61 minutes Jaguatei's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was André de Carvalho who took care of the corner kick. When José Augusto Rosa fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sassafraz's protests and gave José Augusto Rosa a yellow card for diving instead. After 62 played minutes Sassafraz got a freekick which was hit by José Augusto Rosa. Valdemar Velloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Ronaldão Linhares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Cássio Braga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th match minute, Jaguatei was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Braga to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the match, Cássio Braga notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Sassafraz's Marcelinho Castro. Marcelinho Castro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcelinho Castro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armandinho Sarmento went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. Valdemar Velloso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valdemar Velloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldão Linhares having to interfere. Sandro Moreno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ronaldão Linhares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelinho Castro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armandinho Sarmento, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Jaguatei's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
