With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulisses Alagoano in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Perivaldo Guedes saved Itambaraca SS from getting behind. Ernesto Vianna struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Perivaldo Guedes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aripuana FC. Itambaraca SS's Perivaldo Guedes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Vianna in the 26th minute of play. Dionísio Azevedo was shown his second yellow card after 28 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 29th minute, Dionísio Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Geovânio Vander took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Luizão Hoffmann. Aripuana FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Alex Tavares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizão Hoffmann having to interfere. Elano Paulista kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Alex Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Luizão Hoffmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fellipe Cunha in the 38th minute of play forced Aripuana FC's goalkeeper Luizão Hoffmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luizão Hoffmann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alex Tavares in the 40th minute. Ulisses Alagoano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulisses Alagoano made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fellipe Cunha in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luizão Hoffmann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 58th minute, Fellipe Cunha made a precise shot to the right of Luizão Hoffmann. Aripuana FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Leonel Massa hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Aripuana FC's Luizão Hoffmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fellipe Cunha in the 62nd minute of play. After 63 minutes, Ernesto Vianna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aripuana FC and the Itambaraca SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. A very good chance. In the 78th minute Fellipe Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luizão Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cipriano Varela during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Itambaraca SS's Cipriano Varela got a free kick in the 92nd minute.
