Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Delfim Vianna started the match with the kick off. Delfim Vianna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Lopes having to interfere. Alfredo Meireles took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joel Lopes. Barrigada's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 9 played minutes Barrigada got a freekick which was hit by Enéas Borges. If Erivaldo Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Lopes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Delfim Vianna went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Barrigada's César Miranda was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 20th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Delfim Vianna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Joel Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Inhai's Delfim Vianna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joel Lopes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 43 minutes into the match, Inhai's goal looked a bit too open when César Miranda came free, but Alberto Alvarenga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabrício de Azevedo got free with Alberto Alvarenga in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when César Miranda made the kick off in the second half. Erivaldo Rodrigues's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Joel Lopes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alberto Alvarenga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrício de Azevedo in the 57th minute of play. Roberto de Medeiros kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Joel Lopes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roberto de Medeiros went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Fabrício de Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Alberto Alvarenga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barrigada's Joel Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delfim Vianna in the 75th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Erivaldo Rodrigues notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Barrigada's Joel Lopes. Joel Lopes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alberto Alvarenga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from César Miranda in the 82nd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Inhai's Joel Lopes threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Delfim Vianna, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Joel Lopes made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Erivaldo Rodrigues sent off a good shot on target. 89 minutes into the game, Erivaldo Rodrigues cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Joel Lopes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Erivaldo Rodrigues kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joel Lopes. That made the score 1-5 in the 93 minute of play. When the match was over Inhai could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Barrigada throughout the match.
