Felisberto's Paulão Abraão was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Guga Sena in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jean Lago could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Bruno Severo made a huge save. In the 20th minute, Rony Alves made a precise shot to the right of Guga Sena. Belomonte's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The audience was convinced that Raí Aguiar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guga Sena was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rony Alves in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guga Sena saved Belomonte from getting behind. Jean Lago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Severo having to interfere. Guga Sena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rony Alves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Felisberto's goalkeeper Bruno Severo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Raí Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Guga Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Belomonte's goal looked a bit too open when Rony Alves came free, but Guga Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raí Aguiar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rony Alves made a kick off. In the 60th minute, Belomonte's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Raí Aguiar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Guga Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rony Alves, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Jean Lago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Bruno Severo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raí Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guga Sena having to interfere. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the match, Belomonte's goalkeeper Guga Sena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raí Aguiar. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Rony Alves took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Guga Sena to make any attempt to save it. After 88 played minutes Felisberto got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Paranaense. Jean Lago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Bruno Severo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bruno Severo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean Lago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jean Lago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Felisberto walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
