Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Armindo de Amorim got the match started through his kick off. Bernardo Pinheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Prado having to interfere. With a little luck, Fructal SC's Anselmo Prado got control of the ball when Bernardo Pinheiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bernardo Pinheiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Anselmo Prado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bernardo Pinheiro came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Anhandui fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Pinheiro couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Fructal SC booed when Anhandui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Baptista didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ronaldinho Baiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Vítor Ceresso, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 25th minute Natã Bastos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldinho Baiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Anhandui's zone, Natã Bastos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronaldinho Baiano came out of the goal and Natã Bastos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. João Vítor Ceresso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ronaldinho Baiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Anselmo Prado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armindo de Amorim went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 58th minute, Anhandui's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after João Vítor Ceresso fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 61 minutes into the game, Oscar Lima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fructal SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anhandui the free kick. A collision led to Fructal SC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Oscar Lima hit a great ball. Donatello Tasso, 61 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Fructal SC's zone, Bernardo Pinheiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anselmo Prado came out of the goal and Bernardo Pinheiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anselmo Prado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armindo de Amorim in the 67th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Fructal SC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Pinheiro came free, but Anselmo Prado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute Bernardo Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Prado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armindo de Amorim in the 73rd minute of play forced Fructal SC's goalkeeper Anselmo Prado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Natã Bastos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Renato Neves's late challenge caught a Anhandui's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The referee showed Armindo de Amorim the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Armindo de Amorim hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Anselmo Prado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armindo de Amorim in the 94th minute of the match. Anhandui were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Fructal SC for a fine match.
