The supporters of Caua SC booed when Lavoura AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Breno Nogueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Paulo Carioca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabrício Koehler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Paulo Carioca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlinhos Mineiro in the 24th minute of the match. When Osvaldo Damião fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lavoura AD's protests and gave Osvaldo Damião a yellow card for diving instead. Flavinho Pombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flavinho Pombal in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Paulo Carioca saved Lavoura AD from getting behind. If Carlinhos Mineiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the game, Jean Reis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caua SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lavoura AD the free kick. Jean Reis hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, Lavoura AD's Wanderson Silva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nilson Moraes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wanderson Silva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Caua SC's Jean Reis got a free kick in the 51st minute. When Wiliam Branco came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Lavoura AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wiliam Branco couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Lavoura AD booed when Caua SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thiago Pirani didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gino de Toledo scored 1-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nilson Moraes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlinhos Mineiro got free with Pedro Paulo Carioca in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 65th minute Gino de Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilson Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlinhos Mineiros short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Pedro Paulo Carioca to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Fabrício Koehler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caua SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabrício Koehler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Paulo Carioca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Lavoura AD getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Breno Nogueira hit a great ball. After 89 played minutes Lavoura AD got a freekick which was hit by Eliézer Senna. Pedro Paulo Carioca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlinhos Mineiro in the 90th minute. Lavoura AD's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
