Aleandro Tinoco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilson Mendonça's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tiago Gabriel do Valle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Arlindo Mendes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mapia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cajaiba the free kick. Marquinhos Salgado hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 87th minute by Tiago Gabriel do Valle got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Arlindo Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match.
