Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) César Maia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Linhares in the 6th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the game, Inocencia's Aníbal Mandrak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabiano Linhares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matías Soeiro in the 15th minute of play forced Iutica FC's goalkeeper Fabiano Linhares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Inocencia's Percival Soares nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabiano Linhares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Rafael Linhares in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of César Maia, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Iutica FC booed when Inocencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matías Soeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kaká Alvarenga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. César Maia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Percival Soares came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Inocencia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Percival Soares couldn't finish the play. Aníbal Mandrak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Percival Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caco Severo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Percival Soares in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabiano Linhares saved Iutica FC from getting behind. In the 44th minute, Armando Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 49th minute Matías Soeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Linhares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Inocencia were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Percival Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caco Severo charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Caco Severo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Caco Severo hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 57th match minute, Inocencia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique de Queirós to maneuver through the defense. After 58 minutes of play, Iutica FC's Rafael Linhares made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. César Maia was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Iutica FC's Aleandro Arantes got a free kick in the 61st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aníbal Mandrak in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabiano Linhares saved Iutica FC from getting behind. Rafael Linhares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. César Maia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inocencia's Percival Soares got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Inocencia's Aníbal Mandrak in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Iutica FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Iutica FC's goalkeeper Fabiano Linhares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aníbal Mandrak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Fabiano Linhares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute Kaká Alvarenga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabiano Linhares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aníbal Mandrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Percival Soares came free with the goalkeeper in the 84th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fabiano Linhares could save by the left post. Aníbal Mandrak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aníbal Mandrak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Linhares having to interfere. Inocencia's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
