Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Curu SC's Geovani Loyola started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Curu SC's Remo Vale got control of the ball when Percival Soares tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 8th minute, Aníbal Mandrak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remo Vale was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. A collision led to Inocencia getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Enrique de Queirós hit a great ball. Aníbal Mandrak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Remo Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nuno de Barros took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for César Maia. Inocencia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 26 minutes of play, Inocencia's Percival Soares made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remo Vale was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 32nd minute, Aníbal Mandrak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aníbal Mandrak to make the kick off. In the 57th minute, José Vítor Nóbrega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Aníbal Mandrak came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Inocencia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aníbal Mandrak couldn't finish the play. Remo Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aníbal Mandrak in the 61st minute of play. Nilton Félix hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. César Maia acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 63rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from José Vítor Nóbrega. Percival Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Remo Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76thth minute of the game Aníbal Mandrak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Curu SC's Remo Vale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Remo Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Percival Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Percival Soares in the 83rd minute of play forced Curu SC's goalkeeper Remo Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Curu SC's Ronaldinho Pires got a free kick in the 89th minute. Remo Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Percival Soares in the 91st minute of play. Remo Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aníbal Mandrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Inocencia walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
