Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Geovani Baiano started the match with the kick off. After 8 played minutes Esquerda got a freekick which was hit by Dino da Cunha. After 21 played minutes Esquerda got a freekick which was hit by Ademar Albuquerque. Cristóvão Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jeremias Pinheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fiori Trigo's late challenge caught a Esquerda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fiori Trigo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Aprasive getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Fiori Trigo hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Esquerda's Fabiano Figueiredo got a free kick in the 29th minute. If Dráusio Cerezo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ademar Albuquerque hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Pedro Luiz das Neves in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of André Luiz Peixoto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Geovani Baiano charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geovani Baiano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Aprasive booed when Esquerda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovani Baiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aprasive's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nildo Amaral was slow to take the kick. During this time Esquerda's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Esquerda's Nildo Amaral to fire away a dangerous shot which André Luiz Peixoto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristóvão Tavares to make the kick off. When Fiori Trigo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 61 minutes had been played. In the 62nd minute, Fiori Trigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Esquerda's Nildo Amaral tried to score from far away in the 62nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 67 minutes into the match, Aprasive's goal looked a bit too open when Ademar Albuquerque came free, but André Luiz Peixoto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 69 minutes, Josué Sabóia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aprasive and the Esquerda players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 75 played minutes Esquerda got a freekick which was hit by Geovani Baiano. Dráusio Cerezo took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeremias Pinheiro. Jeremias Pinheiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. A collision led to Esquerda getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ademar Albuquerque hit a great ball. Jeremias Pinheiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dráusio Cerezo in the 83rd minute. Geovani Baiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. André Luiz Peixoto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dráusio Cerezo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Jeremias Pinheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeremias Pinheiro came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by Aprasive's Dráusio Cerezo. But to his dismay, Dráusio Cerezo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.
