Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Juvencio SS's Mateus Tinoco started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Marcinho Terra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acoteia SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcinho Terra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maurinho Baptista breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcinho Terra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Maurinho Baptista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zé Carlos Castro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maurinho Baptista read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Maurinho Baptista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hílton Garcia's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 15th match minute, Juvencio SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manfredo Gaspar to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hílton Garcia in the 20th minute of play forced Juvencio SS's goalkeeper Maurinho Baptista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mateus Tinoco in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giovanni Pimenta saved Acoteia SC from getting behind. Maurinho Baptista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Carlos Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute of the match Acoteia SC got a corner. Juvencio SS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cléberson Jacinto ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Cléberson Jacinto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Maurinho Baptista quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Maurinho Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hílton Garcia in the 31st minute of play. After 33 played minutes, Acoteia SC's Adalmo Gaúcho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maurinho Baptista came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Acoteia SC reached it. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Juvencio SS's goalkeeper Maurinho Baptista, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Manfredo Gaspar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Giovanni Pimenta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Adalmo Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Acoteia SC's Hílton Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maurinho Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hílton Garcia in the 48th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

In the 58thth minute of the game Hílton Garcia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juvencio SS's Maurinho Baptista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nando Recife in the 71st minute of play forced Acoteia SC's goalkeeper Giovanni Pimenta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Juvencio SS getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Wilton Azevedo hit a great ball. Hílton Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Acoteia SC booed when Juvencio SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Augusto Gaspar didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hílton Garcia in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurinho Baptista saved Juvencio SS from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hílton Garcia in the 95th minute of play forced Juvencio SS's goalkeeper Maurinho Baptista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Acoteia SC played a much better game than Juvencio SS and deserved their victory. The Juvencio SS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
