In the 13th minute, Vitório Vidal made a precise shot to the right of Maurinho Baptista. Juvencio SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. A collision led to Saloa FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Romário Meirelles hit a great ball. César Meirelles was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mateus Tinoco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 18 minute of play. Maurinho Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Rosado in the 23rd minute of play. Vitório Vidal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maurinho Baptista read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateus Tinoco in the 29th minute of play forced Saloa FC's goalkeeper César Meirelles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mateus Tinoco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osvaldo Rosado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46thth minute of the game Vitório Vidal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juvencio SS's Maurinho Baptista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

57 minutes into the match, Juvencio SS's goal looked a bit too open when Vitório Vidal came free, but Maurinho Baptista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. César Meirelles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nando Recife in the 58th minute of the match. Osvaldo Rosado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurinho Baptista having to interfere. If Mateus Tinoco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 94 played minutes Juvencio SS got a freekick which was hit by Manfredo Gaspar. After recieving a nice pass, Juvencio SS's Dino Ramalho tried to score from far away in the 100th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
