Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Agostinho SS's Jardel Cerezo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Júnior Leite got free with Joel Dracena in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 7 minutes into the match, Agostinho SS's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Neves came free, but Joel Dracena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeu Ferreira kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 16th match minute, Agostinho SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeu Ferreira to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Alexandre Neves took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Joel Dracena to make any attempt to save it. Agostinho SS's Jardel Cerezo got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexandre Neves struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Joel Dracena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ourives. In the 32nd minute Alexandre Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Dracena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Virgílio Lopez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ourives's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Agostinho SS the free kick. The supporters of Agostinho SS booed when Ourives was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgílio Lopez didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jardel Cerezo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tales Koehler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dário Mello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tales Koehler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alexandre Neves to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Agostinho SS's zone, Alexandre Neves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joel Dracena came out of the goal and Alexandre Neves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th minute of the match Betinho Pena sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joel Dracena skillfully saved the ball. Ulysses Gaúcho hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Ourives's Alexandre Neves got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joel Dracena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexandre Neves went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 82 minutes into the match, Júnior Leite had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joel Dracena. Agostinho SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Júnior Leite was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 84 minutes into the game, Giovanni Tepedino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ourives's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Agostinho SS the free kick. The supporters of Agostinho SS booed when Ourives was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giovanni Tepedino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Jardel Cerezo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Agostinho SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Jardel Cerezo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dário Mello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexandre Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Dracena having to interfere. In the 92nd minute Júnior Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Dracena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agostinho SS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
