Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gonçalo Quirino took the kick off in the first half of the match. 0-1 became the score in the 4th minute when Hugo Messias elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Hugo Messias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorginho Cearense was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. In the 14th minute, Hugo Messias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorginho Cearense was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Jeferson Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Jorginho Cearense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Cabocio FC's Alfredinho Bittencourt seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alfredinho Bittencourt the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Cabocio FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alfredinho Bittencourt had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Acapucai SS a penalty, 26 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Belmiro Cosme, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cabocio FC's Tony Prestes. 1-2. Paulo Renato Berger charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo Renato Berger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29th match minute, Cabocio FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Renato Berger to maneuver through the defense. With splendid footwork Gonçalo Quirino arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-2 by the left pole in the game's 30th minute. Ramiro Medeiros blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tony Prestes having to make a save. 39 minutes into the match, Cabocio FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gonçalo Quirino came free, but Tony Prestes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Renato Berger struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Jorginho Cearense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cabocio FC. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

With his leg Jorginho Cearense managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Cabocio FC's Hugo Messias fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 56 played minutes Acapucai SS got a freekick which was hit by Raí Santana. Hugo Messias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Hugo Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cabocio FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Messias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorginho Cearense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 63 minutes, Hugo Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cabocio FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Messias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulo Renato Berger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Hugo Messias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giovanni Gonçalves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramiro Medeiros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tony Prestes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Gonçalo Quirino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Prestes having to interfere. Hugo Messias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorginho Cearense having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cabocio FC's zone, Ramiro Medeiros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tony Prestes came out of the goal and Ramiro Medeiros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the game, Giovanni Gonçalves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cabocio FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Acapucai SS the free kick. Belmiro Quadros charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Belmiro Quadros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Acapucai SS booed when Cabocio FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Belmiro Quadros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugo Messias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cabocio FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
