Juarês Quirino started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Serido booed when Piuva FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomé Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Digo Madureira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Gabriel Sena in the 4th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Vivaldo Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Serido's supporters rose to their feet, but Vivaldo Barros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Digo Madureira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Digo Madureira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Gabriel Sena, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 14th minute Vivaldo Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Digo Madureira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardinho de Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juarês Quirino in the 54th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Tiago Gabriel Sena's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Digo Madureira was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Juarês Quirino struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Bernardinho de Senna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piuva FC. The Piuva FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Serido's performance. The match ended with a win for Serido.
