Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 11th minute, Jano Abraão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Macava SC's Wiliam Mendes couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 12th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cambucy SS. Paulo José Quaresma who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Josué Oliveira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fiori Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josué Oliveira having to interfere. Cambucy SS's Tarcisio Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Fabiano Paranaense in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Cambucy SS's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Fabiano Paranaense came free, but Tarcisio Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Paulo José Quaresma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Cambucy SS booed when Macava SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Trigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luís Fabiano Paranaense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Pedro Trigo came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Macava SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Trigo couldn't finish the play. After the first half Macava SC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fiori Abreu to make the kick off. Luís Fabiano Paranaense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulo José Quaresma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Josué Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fiori Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josué Oliveira having to interfere. In the 62nd minute Fiori Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josué Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Macava SC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Tostão Pena hit a great ball. In the 71st match minute, Macava SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Fantini to maneuver through the defense. Fiori Abreu struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Josué Oliveira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cambucy SS. Tarcisio Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fabiano Paranaense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Macava SC's Luís Fabiano Paranaense got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cambucy SS's Tarcisio Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Fabiano Paranaense in the 82nd minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Deivid Félix was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cambucy SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Macava SC the free kick. Josué Oliveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fiori Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Macava SC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
