Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Manuel Queiroz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience was convinced that Dito Esteves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rafinha Veiga was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dito Esteves in the 5th minute of play forced Tamoios's goalkeeper Rafinha Veiga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Mabederi's Ivo Figueiredo got a free kick in the 15th minute. After 16 played minutes Mabederi got a freekick which was hit by Benjamim Carneiro. Tamoios's Sílvio Faria couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 17th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Mabederi. Zé Roberto Rosado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Queiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Zé Roberto Rosado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manuel Queiroz's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. After having played for 30 minutes, João Vítor Moreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mabederi's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Vítor Moreira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafinha Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dito Esteves, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Claudinei Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Roberto Rosado having to interfere. The supporters of Tamoios booed when Mabederi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamim Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute Manuel Queiroz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Roberto Rosado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 minutes, Silas Alagoano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mabederi and the Tamoios players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Sílvio Faria fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tamoios's protests and gave Sílvio Faria a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tamoios getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Sílvio Faria hit a great ball. It was beautiful to see Mabederi's Benjamim Moraes in action when he in the 50th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dito Esteves to make the kick off. Tamoios's Rafinha Veiga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Tamoios from getting a goal against them. 66 minutes into the match, Mabederi's goal looked a bit too open when Duarte Koehler came free, but Zé Roberto Rosado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dito Esteves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 73 minutes of play Tamoios's Claudinei Nascimento was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Claudinei Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Dito Esteves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rafinha Veiga was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. In the 86th minute, João Vítor Moreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Dito Esteves dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rafinha Veiga, 0-1. Rafinha Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dito Esteves, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
