In the 4thth minute of the game Kléberson Magalhães who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rinconada EC's Silas Ramalho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Anhumas booed when Rinconada EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisinho Paulista didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cláudio Neves's late challenge caught a Anhumas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cláudio Neves helped the player get up and apologised. Cláudio Neves hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Silas Ramalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kléberson Magalhães in the 15th minute of play. Kléberson Magalhães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kléberson Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Cláudio Neves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jorge Borges read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Silas Ramalho made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Kléberson Magalhães sent off a good shot on target. In the 83rd minute, Cláudio Neves made a precise shot to the right of Jorge Borges. Anhumas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 94th play minute Kléberson Magalhães came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Silas Ramalho. 1-1.
