Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Elias Correia got the match started through his kick off. In the 9th minute Ezequiel Luz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredão Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredão Moreno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Percival Neiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Talarem SS's Elias Correia in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Naldo Martins hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Abertao EC's zone, Elias Correia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Falcão Veiga came out of the goal and Elias Correia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 39 minutes into the match, Abertao EC's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Correia came free, but Falcão Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Abertao EC's Jorginho Arósio got a free kick in the 40th minute. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Dito Bezerra got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 45 minutes into the match, Talarem SS's goal looked a bit too open when Percival Neiva came free, but Alfredão Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Abertao EC's Falcão Veiga got control of the ball when Dito Bezerra tried to sneak it across the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ezequiel Luz made a kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Dito Bezerra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talarem SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dito Bezerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfredão Moreno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Percival Neiva in the 54th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Britto during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ezequiel Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Falcão Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Correia in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th minute Talarem SS were awarded a corner. Mateus Vander went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Talarem SS's Juvenal Rodrigues getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. When Juvenal Rodrigues, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 65 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Falcão Veiga was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Jorginho Arósio hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. When Talarem SS's Elias Correia in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Abertao EC's goalie prevented a goal. Ezequiel Luz's late challenge caught a Talarem SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ezequiel Luz helped the player get up and apologised. After 70 played minutes Abertao EC got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Luz. 74 minutes in the game, Percival Neiva fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alfredão Moreno having to interfere. After 75 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Talarem SS! Orlando Arce hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Falcão Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. The audience was convinced that Ezequiel Luz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfredão Moreno was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Percival Neiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Alfredão Moreno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
