Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Juan Guerra started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Posses's Enio de Mendonça got a free kick in the 3rd minute. A hard shot by Nelson Vinhas from long distance, 5 minutes into the match, got Inácio Galvão's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldão Rodrigues in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inácio Galvão saved Posses from getting behind. Ronaldo Fernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldinho dos Santos having to interfere. Leopoldo Lucas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Inácio Galvão made a huge save. If Wágner Cavalcante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leopoldo Lucas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Galvão having to interfere. Wágner Cavalcante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Galvão having to interfere. Leopoldo Lucas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Inácio Galvão made a huge save. Wágner Cavalcante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Inácio Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedranopolis AD's Ronaldinho dos Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Fernandez in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Ronaldão Rodrigues had to leave the field with a concussion. Luisão Nóbrega charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luisão Nóbrega the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Luisão Nóbrega hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Pedranopolis AD's Carlos Eduardo Paranaense tried to score from far away in the 35th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Leopoldo Lucas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Posses's Bruno Mumbach got a free kick in the 38th minute. Juan Guerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldinho dos Santos having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leopoldo Lucas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Pedranopolis AD getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. João Paulo Queirós hit a great ball. After having played for 61 minutes, Bruno Mumbach managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Posses's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Mumbach was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juan Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leopoldo Lucas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Galvão having to interfere. Leopoldo Lucas struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Inácio Galvão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pedranopolis AD. In the 72nd minute, Leopoldo Lucas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Inácio Galvão was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Ronaldinho dos Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Guerra in the 76th minute of the match. In the last second Ronaldinho dos Santos throw himself and got hold of the ball when Juan Guerra in the 78thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Leopoldo Lucas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 83 minutes of play Posses's Luisão Nóbrega was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Luisão Nóbrega kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. The supporters of Posses booed when Pedranopolis AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Luís Neiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Inácio Galvão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Paulo Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute Leopoldo Lucas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inácio Galvão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedranopolis AD's Washington Zanette pulled a muscle in his leg after 93 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Bruno Mumbach got his second yellow card in the match during the 93rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Bruno Mumbach hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. A collision led to Pedranopolis AD getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Gernando Breckenfeld hit a great ball. Pedranopolis AD's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
