Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tecainda AD's Otávio Mangueira started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Literlade booed when Tecainda AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egídio Zilles didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Tecainda AD getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Valdo Quaresma hit a great ball. Literlade's Tales Nunes got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 9 minutes into the game, Valdo Quaresma was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tecainda AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Literlade the free kick. In the 10th minute, Valdo Quaresma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Durval Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otávio Mangueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Tales Nunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Luís Macedo having to interfere. Durval Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belchior Pena in the 19th minute of play. Yuri Dante kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otávio Mangueira in the 20th minute of play forced Literlade's goalkeeper Durval Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 1-1 became the score in the 22nd minute when Otávio Mangueira elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Durval Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Belchior Pena in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tales Nunes in the 27th minute of play forced Tecainda AD's goalkeeper Pedro Luís Macedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Belchior Pena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tecainda AD's Otávio Mangueira got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tecainda AD's Valdo Quaresma suffered a sore thigh after 33 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Sidney Monteiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Literlade were furious when Claudinei Peres was red carded, 54 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 54 minutes into the game, one of Literlade:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 61st match minute, Tecainda AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egídio Zilles to maneuver through the defense. Tecainda AD's Dráusio Queiroz got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Literlade's Durval Santos got control of the ball when Belchior Pena tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Literlade's zone, Belchior Pena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Durval Santos came out of the goal and Belchior Pena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Egídio Zilles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, Tecainda AD's Belchior Pena sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Durval Santos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sidney Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Pedro Luís Macedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sidney Monteiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Luís Macedo having to make a save. Pedro Luís Macedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuri Dante, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After 94 played minutes Tecainda AD got a freekick which was hit by Dráusio Queiroz. Pedro Luís Macedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidney Monteiro in the 96th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tecainda AD walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
