Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Márcio Paiva started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Régis Tróia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geraldo Seco having to interfere. In the 5th minute Márcio Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo França saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaguaraci SS's Geraldo Seco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Régis Tróia in the 13th minute of play. If Arnaldo Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boquira's Dé Meireles got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Régis Tróia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geraldo Seco having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Jaguaraci SS's Lucas Mandrak got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Dé Meireles struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Geraldo Seco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boquira. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dé Meireles in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geraldo Seco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tony Paulista scored 0-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Geraldo Seco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 35 played minutes Jaguaraci SS got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Mandrak. Márcio Paiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cléber Mumbach hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Tony Paulista, 45 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Dé Meireles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geraldo Seco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Régis Tróia to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tony Paulista during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tony Paulista hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Olavo França showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Jaguaraci SS's Arnaldo Ramos got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Boquira's zone, Márcio Paiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olavo França came out of the goal and Márcio Paiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dé Meireles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Régis Tróia who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Geraldo Seco when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Olavo França took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Ramos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Jaguaraci SS's Geraldo Seco got control of the ball when Dé Meireles tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnaldo Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Olavo França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute Arnaldo Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo França saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Márcio Paiva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jaguaraci SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Márcio Paiva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olavo França breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute, Arnaldo Ramos made a precise shot to the right of Olavo França. Boquira's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
