Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cido de Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Manolo Xavier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cido de Alcântara in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manolo Xavier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Durval Koehler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geovânio Vander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Sotero's zone, Durval Koehler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Zonta came out of the goal and Durval Koehler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgar Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geovânio Vander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Cido de Alcântara dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Manolo Xavier, 1-0. In the 26th match minute, Sotero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Antunes to maneuver through the defense. Edgar Zonta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Geovânio Vander went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Durval Koehler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Durval Koehler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jean da Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Sotero booed when Jarinu EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Faria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Manolo Xavier successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Geovânio Vander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Sotero's José Antunes got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute of the match Denílson Marinho sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgar Zonta skillfully saved the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Jarinu EC's goal looked a bit too open when Jean da Costa came free, but Manolo Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jean da Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Jean da Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 71st minute Cido de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manolo Xavier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Jarinu EC's goal looked a bit too open when Jean da Costa came free, but Manolo Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jean da Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sotero's Edgar Zonta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geovânio Vander in the 80th minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, Cido de Alcântara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Manolo Xavier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Edgar Zonta was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Durval Koehler showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 93 minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
