Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Noel Sarmento made the kick off which started today's match. The audience was convinced that Noel Sarmento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tadeu Abraão was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Gugu Trancoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulão Mumbach having to interfere. Zézinho Campidelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Paulão Mumbach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Noel Sarmento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Marroas FC booed when Pepagaio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseu Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Pepagaio's goal looked a bit too open when Gugu Trancoso came free, but Paulão Mumbach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flávio Zonta hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Noel Sarmento received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tadeu Abraão came out and tried to block the shot, but Noel Sarmento slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 28th minute. Gugu Trancoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulão Mumbach having to interfere. Gugu Trancoso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulão Mumbach having to make a save. José Maria de Godoy came free with the goalkeeper in the 39th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tadeu Abraão could save by the left post. Tadeu Abraão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noel Sarmento in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 43rd match minute, Marroas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hílton Mota to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gugu Trancoso to make the kick off. Gugu Trancoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Paulão Mumbach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noel Sarmento in the 64th minute of play forced Marroas FC's goalkeeper Tadeu Abraão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Maria de Godoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Tadeu Abraão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Marroas FC's Hílton Mota got a free kick in the 67th minute. Pepagaio's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Caco Paranaense in the 69th minute. A nice corner shot did that Caco Paranaense got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tadeu Abraão quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Hílton Mota charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hílton Mota the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hílton Mota hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After 73 played minutes, Pepagaio's Caco Paranaense shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tadeu Abraão came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pepagaio reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gugu Trancoso in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulão Mumbach saved Pepagaio from getting behind. Serafim Mumbach charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafim Mumbach the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tadeu Abraão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Maria de Godoy in the 96th minute of play. The Pepagaio players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
