Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Beto Vander started the match with the kick off. In the 7thth minute of the game Belchior Novaes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miracema FC's Lúcio Oliveira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 10th minute, Laércio de Godoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Miracema FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Hamílton Bezerra hit a great ball. Casmorra's Belchior Novaes got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Casmorra booed when Miracema FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Linares didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute Beto Vander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Bertassi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Donato in the 29th minute of play forced Miracema FC's goalkeeper Lúcio Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Casmorra's zone, Beto Vander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Bertassi came out of the goal and Beto Vander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lúcio Oliveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Laércio de Godoy's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laércio de Godoy in the 39th minute of play forced Miracema FC's goalkeeper Lúcio Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miracema FC's Ciro Marinho got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lúcio Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Belchior Novaes in the 44th minute of the match. Francisco Linares charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francisco Linares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Francisco Linares hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Laércio de Godoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laércio de Godoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Lúcio Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Laércio de Godoy made a kick off. Fernando Donato's late challenge caught a Miracema FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernando Donato helped the player get up and apologised. Fernando Donato hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Ciro Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lúcio Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belchior Novaes, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Ciro Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Daniel Bertassi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laércio de Godoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 73 played minutes Casmorra got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Donato. Daniel Bertassi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Marinho in the 74th minute of the match. A collision led to Casmorra getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Fernando Donato hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Casmorra defense, Ciro Marinho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Bertassi. The Casmorra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Bertassi should have stopped the shot. After 84 played minutes Casmorra got a freekick which was hit by Frederico Peixoto. In the 99th minute, Belchior Novaes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
