Arthur Leal's late challenge caught a Tunas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ademar Negri was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aleandro Pimenta in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cacá Sabóia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cacá Sabóia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elivélton Dantas in the 58th minute. Geovanni Moreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ademar Negri in the 63rd minute of play. Elivélton Dantas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute.
