Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Patrick Quintal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eliseu Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Cachoera's Joel Amaral got a free kick in the 17th minute. Germano Rosado hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute Patrick Quintal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdo Matos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulisses Senna hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Rubinho Tavares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Paiva in the 27th minute of play. Júlio Brasil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valdo Matos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Quintal in the 33rd minute of play. Joel Amaral hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After having played for 40 minutes, Patrick Quintal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goiaba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrick Quintal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patrick Quintal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 49thth minute of the game Júlio Brasil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cachoera's Valdo Matos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patrick Quintal made a kick off. 1-0 became the score in the 53rd minute when Gonçalo Paiva elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Patrick Quintal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Patrick Quintal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Valdo Matos. That made the score 1-2 in the 75 minute of play. After 78 played minutes Cachoera got a freekick which was hit by Joel Amaral. In the 79th minute, Júlio Brasil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cachoera's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Patrick Quintal 83 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. In the 89th minute, Daniel Santana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Eliseu Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cachoera's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseu Mendonça was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rubinho Tavares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded Goiaba left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cachoera.
