Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when José Paulo Passos took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 minutes, Alexandre Favoretto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Parelheiros and the Abobora AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 3 played minutes Parelheiros got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Favoretto. José Paulo Passos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yuri Lopes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Parelheiros's Jonas Breckenfeld played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yuri Lopes in the 13th minute of play. In the 21st minute Yuri Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Breckenfeld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Yuri Lopes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 24 minutes, Juan Breckenfeld managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Parelheiros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Breckenfeld was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Abobora AD's Raphael Fernandez got control of the ball when Juan Breckenfeld tried to sneak it across the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Abobora AD's goalkeeper Raphael Fernandez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Breckenfeld. When José Paulo Passos came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Parelheiros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Paulo Passos couldn't finish the play. Raphael Fernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Breckenfeld in the 34th minute. Américo Meira charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Américo Meira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Yuri Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 44 played minutes Abobora AD got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Britto.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Durval Jacinto made a kick off. When Parelheiros's Juan Breckenfeld in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Abobora AD's goalie prevented a goal. In the 60th minute, Juan Breckenfeld got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luiz Guilherme Rossi's late challenge caught a Parelheiros's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luiz Guilherme Rossi helped the player get up and apologised. The referee gave Parelheiros a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mazinho Gonçalves, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Abobora AD's Raphael Fernandez. 1-0. Jonas Breckenfeld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Américo Meira in the 80th minute of the match. If Yuri Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Durval Jacinto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Abobora AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Durval Jacinto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonas Breckenfeld breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 88th play minute Yuri Lopes came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jonas Breckenfeld. 2-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in Abobora AD fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 92nd minute. Penalty! Parelheiros's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
