Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jorginho Veloso got the match started through his kick off. Elder da Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorginho Veloso in the 6th minute of play. Diogo Nunes was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 8th minute. Corocoro's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The supporters of Corocoro booed when Bezerrinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reynaldo Maciel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wanderson Félix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diogo Nunes in the 15th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Diogo Nunes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorginho Veloso in the 20th minute of play forced Corocoro's goalkeeper Elder da Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Adolfo Cardoso kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Durvalino Freire during the 22nd minute. Wanderson Félix stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diogo Nunes's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the game, André Luís Varela was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Corocoro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bezerrinha the free kick. A collision led to Corocoro getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. André Luís Varela hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diogo Nunes to strike the kick off in the second half. Márcio Baiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 53 minutes into the match, Bezerrinha's Jorginho Veloso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elder da Rocha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Magno Urbano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elder da Rocha having to interfere. Diogo Nunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Wanderson Félix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jorginho Veloso in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elder da Rocha saved Corocoro from getting behind. Wanderson Félix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Luís Varela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diogo Nunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wanderson Félix having to interfere. André Luís Varela blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wanderson Félix having to make a save. Giovani Mendonça kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Luciano Messias sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Corocoro's Elder da Rocha didn't even have to move. André Luís Varela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If André Luís Varela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bezerrinha's Wanderson Félix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Luís Varela in the 92nd minute of play. Bezerrinha's Jorginho Veloso got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
