The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kléber Urbano was the one to do the kick off. Renato Ferraz's late challenge caught a Alagacico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Renato Ferraz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd minute, Renato Ferraz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafinha Arantes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armandinho Meirelles having to interfere. Alagacico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paranari SS the free kick. If Claudinei Britto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juarês Carioca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudinei Britto in the 85th minute of the match. Kléber Urbano struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Armandinho Meirelles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alagacico. In the 94th minute Claudinei Britto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juarês Carioca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Paranari SS had won after a very even match.
