Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Claudinei Schmidt started the match with the kick off. Claudinho Koehler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raí Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. When Claudinei Schmidt came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Altos SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudinei Schmidt couldn't finish the play. Elder Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matías Mangueira having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raí Cruz in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudinho Koehler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 17 minutes into the match, Altos SC's goal looked a bit too open when Raí Cruz came free, but Claudinho Koehler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudinei Schmidt hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Raí Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 27th minute Claudinei Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matías Mangueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raí Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Claudinho Koehler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudinho Koehler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eliseu Marques in the 36th minute. If Eliseu Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elder Mota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 46 minutes, Natanael Hoffmann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Buenopolis FC and the Altos SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Altos SC booed when Buenopolis FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natanael Hoffmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute Claudinei Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matías Mangueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Matías Mangueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinei Schmidt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Claudinei Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matías Mangueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Buenopolis FC's Matías Mangueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinei Schmidt in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raí Cruz in the 61st minute of play forced Altos SC's goalkeeper Claudinho Koehler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Jarbas Mangueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, Buenopolis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinei Schmidt came free, but Matías Mangueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Elder Mota fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Altos SC's protests and gave Elder Mota a yellow card for diving instead. In the 83rd match minute, Altos SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elder Mota to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 85 minutes, Eliseu Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buenopolis FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseu Marques was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. José Augusto Andrade hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. If Eliseu Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, Elder Mota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elder Mota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Matías Mangueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Claudinei Schmidt fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Matías Mangueira, passed just outside the right post.
