Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The crowd rose to their feet as Custodia's Armandinho Gerber slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of João de Carvalho. That made the score 1-0 after 2 minutes of play. In the 13th minute Armandinho Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belmiro Barral kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Armando da Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Sandro Xavier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 24 minutes, Allan Borges managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fangueiro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Allan Borges was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute, Armando da Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Custodia's Belmiro Barral got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Sandro Xavier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando da Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nelsinho Toscano's late challenge caught a Custodia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nelsinho Toscano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th minute, Nelsinho Toscano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Armandinho Gerber to make the kick off. A hard shot 54 in the game by Armando da Costa from a close distance when the talented Sandro Xavier managed to make a qualified save. Custodia's players were relieved. When Fangueiro's Armando da Costa in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Custodia's goalie prevented a goal. Belmiro Barral kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute of the match, Allan Borges got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sandro Xavier was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Armandinho Gerber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th match minute, Fangueiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yan Palmeira to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Fangueiro's zone, Armandinho Gerber stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João de Carvalho came out of the goal and Armandinho Gerber tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute, Henrique Matos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Allan Borges's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sandro Xavier firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Borges in the 79th minute of play forced Custodia's goalkeeper Sandro Xavier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luciano Rossi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João de Carvalho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Armandinho Gerber's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Sandro Xavier made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Allan Borges sent off a good shot on target. The long shot by Glauco Mesquita in the 89th minute really tested Sandro Xavier's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A collision led to Custodia getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Belmiro Barral hit a great ball. Fangueiro's Falcão Arósio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Custodia. Sandro Xavier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando da Costa in the 98th minute of play. Fangueiro's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
