Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Luizão Simões made the kick off which started today's match. Wanderson Mello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luizão Simões in the 3rd minute of the match. A collision led to Unistalda AD getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Edu Araújo hit a great ball. After 7 played minutes Unistalda AD got a freekick which was hit by Edu Araújo. The long shot by Alfredo Lima in the 8th minute really tested Sandrinho Gaspar's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Unistalda AD's zone, Vitinho Veiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandrinho Gaspar came out of the goal and Vitinho Veiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot by Oswaldo Zilles from long distance, 13 minutes into the match, got Sandrinho Gaspar's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Sandrinho Gaspar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Trancoso in the 14th minute of play. Lucas Trancoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Sandrinho Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vitinho Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandrinho Gaspar having to interfere. Wanderson Mello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Régis Donato, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Régis Donato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucas Trancoso was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Vitinho Veiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Tinguis getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Oswaldo Zilles hit a great ball. Régis Donato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tinguis's Wanderson Mello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luizão Simões in the 61st minute of play. When Tinguis's Lucas Trancoso in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Unistalda AD's goalie prevented a goal. 70 minutes into the match, Tinguis's goal looked a bit too open when Luizão Simões came free, but Wanderson Mello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sandrinho Gaspar came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Tinguis's Vitinho Veiga. But to his dismay, Vitinho Veiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After some careless play in the Unistalda AD defense, Vitinho Veiga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sandrinho Gaspar. The Unistalda AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sandrinho Gaspar should have stopped the shot. Wanderson Mello made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Régis Donato sent off a good shot on target. For all the effort they put into the match, the Unistalda AD players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tinguis.
