Fellipe Gaspar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogério Saldanha in the 12th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Rogério Saldanha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Fellipe Gaspar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 15th minute Alan Proença shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Augusto Porto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rogério Saldanha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rogério Saldanha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Fellipe Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Manuel Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rogério Saldanha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alexandre Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fellipe Gaspar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogério Saldanha in the 41st minute of the match. Alexandre Leal struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Fellipe Gaspar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catadupas. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sandro Penha in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Augusto Porto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alexandre Leal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Fellipe Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Rogério Saldanha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
Fellipe Gaspar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rogério Saldanha's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Fellipe Gaspar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Belem's Sandro Penha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Augusto Porto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Sandro Penha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Augusto Porto was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. 58 minutes into the game, Sandro Penha recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Augusto Porto. Sandro Penha showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. 67 minutes into the match, Catadupas's goal looked a bit too open when Sandro Penha came free, but Pedro Augusto Porto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Catadupas's Rogério Saldanha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fellipe Gaspar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fellipe Gaspar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rogério Saldanha went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Fellipe Gaspar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogério Saldanha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Douglas Coelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexandre Leal kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Alexandre Leal fired away an extremely well hit free kick, but unfortunately the ball went just outside to the right hand side of Fellipe Gaspar. 87 minutes into the game, Benê Tepedino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belem's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Catadupas the free kick. After 87 played minutes Belem got a freekick which was hit by Benê Tepedino. A hard shot 90 in the game by Alan Proença from a close distance when the talented Pedro Augusto Porto managed to make a qualified save. Catadupas's players were relieved. Alexandre Leal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fellipe Gaspar having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Rogério Saldanha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Catadupas's supporters rose to their feet, but Rogério Saldanha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fellipe Gaspar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Catadupas had won after a very even match.
