Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Charles Fernandez started the match with the kick off. Percy Moura's late challenge caught a Cisneiros's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Percy Moura helped the player get up and apologised. Leopoldo Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidnei Mattos having to interfere. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ipueira's goalkeeper Richard Lopez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Germano Motta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Lopez having to interfere. Richard Lopez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zé Augusto Meirelles went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Sidnei Mattos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The supporters of Cisneiros booed when Ipueira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Mendes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sidnei Mattos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles Fernandez in the 40th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Cisneiros's zone, Leopoldo Mendes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sidnei Mattos came out of the goal and Leopoldo Mendes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sidnei Mattos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute, Ipueira's Charles Fernandez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zé Augusto Meirelles to make the kick off. Leopoldo Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Sidnei Mattos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ipueira fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! In the 71st minute, Wágner Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enrique Lima hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 84th match minute, Ipueira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodriguinho Ramos to maneuver through the defense. Wágner Vinhas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Ipueira supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cisneiros's performance. The match ended with a win for Cisneiros.
