Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Laerte Rossi started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Vitinho Paraense's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Felippe Seco skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 12th minute, Beto Secco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Alex Peres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Peres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davi Cardoso having to interfere. Felippe Seco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laerte Rossi, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Piranguassu's Nando Couto couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 25th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Guaravera. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guaravera's goalkeeper Felippe Seco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manfredo Moura during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Davi Cardoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Telmo Baptista in the 29th minute of play. Davi Cardoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Peres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Piranguassu getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Beto Secco hit a great ball. Alex Peres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Davi Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Telmo Baptista in the 38th minute of play forced Piranguassu's goalkeeper Davi Cardoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alex Peres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Davi Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Telmo Baptista was the one to do the kick off. When Alex Peres came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Guaravera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Peres couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Piranguassu's Davi Cardoso got control of the ball when Alex Peres tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vitinho Paraense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felippe Seco having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Laerte Rossi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felippe Seco. Guaravera's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Laerte Rossi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Vitinho Paraense took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felippe Seco. Felippe Seco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 85th match minute, Piranguassu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laerte Rossi to maneuver through the defense. Telmo Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Natanael Mota hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laerte Rossi in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felippe Seco saved Guaravera from getting behind. For all the effort they put into the match, the Guaravera players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Piranguassu.
