Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Christiano Bertassi kicked off to start the match. In the 8th minute of the match Nico Dracena shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Deivid da Silva showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Juninho Leal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Deivid da Silva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Natanael Netto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17thth minute of the game Christiano Bertassi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caracois EC's Naldo da Mata was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Deivid da Silva managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Caracois EC's Natanael Netto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Caracois EC's Natanael Netto got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, Caracois EC's Natanael Netto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Deivid da Silva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A well placed Juninho Leal short distance shot in the 26th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. 30 minutes into the match, Trombucas's goal looked a bit too open when Arlindo Nascimento came free, but Deivid da Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute Christiano Bertassi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naldo da Mata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 played minutes Caracois EC got a freekick which was hit by Zacarias Sampaio. Caracois EC's Naldo da Mata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christiano Bertassi in the 35th minute of play. If Juninho Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Deivid da Silva managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when Caracois EC's Natanael Netto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juninho Leal was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Caracois EC's goal looked a bit too open when Christiano Bertassi came free, but Naldo da Mata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Marcos de Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trombucas's goalkeeper Deivid da Silva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marcos de Mendonça recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Natanael Netto fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caracois EC's protests and gave Natanael Netto a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Caracois EC's Natanael Netto got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Deivid da Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juninho Leal in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute of the match Ismael Alagoano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Naldo da Mata showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Deivid da Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natanael Netto in the 82nd minute of play. Nico Dracena kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After having played for 87 minutes, Marcos de Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trombucas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcos de Mendonça was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christiano Bertassi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naldo da Mata having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Juninho Leal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Caracois EC had won after a very even match.
