Guaibal SC's Jano Passos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rômulo Azevedo in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute of the match, Murilo Motta got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jano Passos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 13 minutes into the game, Ivo Quintal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guaibal SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Prata SC the free kick. In the 13th minute, Ivo Quintal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th minute of the match Diego Mangueira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jano Passos skillfully saved the ball. Guaibal SC's Jano Passos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Guaibal SC from getting a goal against them. Nildo Novaes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiliam Mota, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rômulo Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rômulo Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jano Passos having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Murilo Motta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Prata SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Jano Passos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rômulo Azevedo's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Murilo Motta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When Murilo Motta came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Prata SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Murilo Motta couldn't finish the play. 59 minutes into the game, Roberto Penha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jano Passos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rômulo Azevedo in the 81st minute of the match. If Murilo Motta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rômulo Azevedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jano Passos having to make a save. Jano Passos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rômulo Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Jano Passos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Murilo Motta's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Jano Passos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murilo Motta in the 95th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Prata SC had played much better football throughout.
