Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Rômulo Azevedo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Willian Freire during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Mundial getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Willian Freire hit a great ball. Murilo Motta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Queirós having to interfere. Dagoberto Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Prata SC's Murilo Motta got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Rômulo Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Prata SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rômulo Azevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erasmo Queirós breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Mundial's zone, Rômulo Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erasmo Queirós came out of the goal and Rômulo Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute Rômulo Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rdth minute of the game Rômulo Azevedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mundial's Erasmo Queirós was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edvaldo Arósio hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Nelson Antunes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Nelson Antunes notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Prata SC's Nildo Novaes. Nildo Novaes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Erasmo Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murilo Motta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Murilo Motta struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Erasmo Queirós didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Prata SC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rômulo Azevedo in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erasmo Queirós saved Mundial from getting behind. In the 48th minute, Murilo Motta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erasmo Queirós was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Silvinho Ferreira made the kick off in the second half. If Nelson Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Murilo Motta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Murilo Motta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Erasmo Queirós tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Prata SC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Emanuel Rosado hit a great ball. Prata SC's Nildo Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvinho Ferreira in the 68th minute of play. Nildo Novaes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvinho Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Nildo Novaes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvinho Ferreira's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvinho Ferreira in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nildo Novaes saved Prata SC from getting behind. Caetano Mattos charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Caetano Mattos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 91 minutes into the game, Rômulo Azevedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Erasmo Queirós was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Murilo Motta got free with Erasmo Queirós in the 99th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded Prata SC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mundial.
