Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Marcos Pires made the kick off which started today's match. Marcinho Alagoano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Paulo Zonta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliseu Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guto Matos in the 5th minute of play forced Amaropolis SS's goalkeeper Paulo Zonta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Pires in the 7th minute of play forced Tambauzinho SC's goalkeeper Juarês de Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juarês de Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Pires in the 8th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Tambauzinho SC's goalkeeper Juarês de Queiroz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arlindo Rodrigues. 14 minutes into the match, Amaropolis SS's goal looked a bit too open when Guto Matos came free, but Paulo Zonta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Luiz Guilherme Lago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Zonta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Arlindo Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 27 played minutes Amaropolis SS got a freekick which was hit by Arlindo Rodrigues. Marcos Pires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Marcos Pires, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 35 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Juarês de Queiroz was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Luisinho Nóbrega hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Ademar Mattos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paulo Zonta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. If Marcinho Alagoano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, one of Amaropolis SS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Amaropolis SS. In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Tambauzinho SC. Ademar Mattos stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Paulo Zonta. 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcinho Alagoano to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Valdo Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juarês de Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juarês de Queiroz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valdo Mendonça's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Valdo Mendonça's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juarês de Queiroz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Valdo Mendonça blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juarês de Queiroz having to make a save. When Amaropolis SS's Valdo Mendonça in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tambauzinho SC's goalie prevented a goal. Valdo Mendonça might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juarês de Queiroz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valdo Mendonça ran back to his position shaking his head. Patrício Passos hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Pires in the 73rd minute of play forced Tambauzinho SC's goalkeeper Juarês de Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 played minutes Tambauzinho SC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Guilherme Lago. Juarês de Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdo Mendonça in the 76th minute of the match. Guto Matos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Paulo Zonta made a huge save. Paulo Zonta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcinho Alagoano's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guto Matos got free with Paulo Zonta in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcinho Alagoano in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Zonta saved Amaropolis SS from getting behind.
