Paratiji EC's Claudinei Severo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeu Monteiro in the 22nd minute of play. After 24 minutes of play, Ranchinho EC's Jerônimo Correia made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudinei Severo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Claudinei Severo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 32nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Doni da Cunha. Claudinei Severo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeu Monteiro in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of Ranchinho EC booed when Paratiji EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrício de Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Ranchinho EC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Mauro Paranaense hit a great ball. Miguel Pereira kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Amadeu Monteiro made the kick off in the second half. Jerônimo Correia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinei Severo having to interfere. Amadeu Monteiro struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Claudinei Severo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ranchinho EC. In the 60th match minute, Paratiji EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inácio Baptista to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the match, Ranchinho EC's Amadeu Monteiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudinei Severo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 66th minute, Patrício de Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeu Monteiro in the 68th minute of play forced Paratiji EC's goalkeeper Claudinei Severo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Pereira hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After 76 minutes, Miguel Pereira mouthed his way into the referee's book.
