Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ademar da Cunha got the match started through his kick off. Osmar Valladares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ademar da Cunha's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. Ademar da Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osmar Valladares having to interfere. Osmar Valladares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ademar da Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Rony Messias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinho Favoretto in the 10th minute of play. After 12 played minutes Ladario SS got a freekick which was hit by Tadeu Torres. Jânio Cavalcante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osmar Valladares having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ademar da Cunha in the 20th minute of play forced Ladario SS's goalkeeper Osmar Valladares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jânio Cavalcante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Osmar Valladares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ladario SS's Jaime Carvalho got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tiago Mandrak hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Jaime Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ladario SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Carvalho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rony Messias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Ademar da Cunha came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Plataform EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ademar da Cunha couldn't finish the play. In the 39th match minute, Ladario SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. Ademar da Cunha took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osmar Valladares. Osmar Valladares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Ladario SS's Tadeu Torres got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half Plataform EC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claudinho Favoretto made a kick off. Ademar da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Osmar Valladares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Claudinho Favoretto came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Ladario SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudinho Favoretto couldn't finish the play. After 60 played minutes Plataform EC got a freekick which was hit by Christian Prestes. After 66 played minutes Ladario SS got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Carvalho. Plataform EC's Rony Messias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Carvalho in the 70th minute of play. Rony Messias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaime Carvalho in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rony Messias saved Plataform EC from getting behind. When Custódio Guedes fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Plataform EC's protests and gave Custódio Guedes a yellow card for diving instead. Custódio Guedes hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, Tadeu Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ademar da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Osmar Valladares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Plataform EC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
