The wind increased when Diego Santos made the kick off in the second half. Ladario SS's Osmar Valladares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Santos in the 58th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaime Carvalho got free with Gilmar Rezende in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Claudinho Favoretto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vinícius Rosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Osmar Valladares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Santos in the 76th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Jonia's goalkeeper Gilmar Rezende had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaime Carvalho. Diego Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gilmar Rezende made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Jaime Carvalho sent off a good shot on target. Claudinho Favoretto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonia's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
