Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tadeu Severo started the match with the kick off. Jorge Mangueira made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 6thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Sandro Correia would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeu Severo in the 11th minute of play forced Riachuello's goalkeeper Washington Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juarês Cearense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Washington Simões tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute Tadeu Severo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Washington Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Washington Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Braga in the 17th minute of play. Luiz Paulo Mandrak charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luiz Paulo Mandrak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 21st minute Juarês Cearense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Washington Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 23 minutes, Jorge Mangueira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Riachuello's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Mangueira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pendencias FC's goalkeeper Sandro Correia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Pendencias FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Luiz Paulo Mandrak hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Augusto Carneiro in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sandro Correia saved Pendencias FC from getting behind. In the 32nd minute, Jonathan Braga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Pedro Augusto Carneiro took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Sandro Correia to make any attempt to save it. Tadeu Severo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pedro Augusto Carneiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A hard shot by Dito Schmidt from long distance, 54 minutes into the match, got Washington Simões's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Jorge Mangueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandro Correia having to interfere. Jorge Mangueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandro Correia having to interfere. Jorge Mangueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Murillo Esteves kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
