Armando Luz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Manoel Alagoano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Jerônimo Veloso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manoel Alagoano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Natã Monteiro to strike the kick off in the second half. Natã Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Norberto Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armando Luz succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 57th playminute. After 61 played minutes Genuino AD got a freekick which was hit by Tony Bittencourt. Armando Luz took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manoel Alagoano. Manoel Alagoano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. In the 85th minute, Armando Luz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manoel Alagoano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerônimo Veloso in the 87th minute of play. Norberto Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natã Monteiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. If Armando Luz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
