Álvaro Amorim helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th minute, one of Iaurete SS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Iaurete SS. The goalkeeper, Patrick Costa, was totally fooled by Umburuna EC's Walmir Costa, who 46 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Durvalino Pombal to strike the kick off in the second half. Patrick Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elivélton de Senna in the 55th minute of play. Patrick Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Fantini in the 83rd minute of the match. Umburuna EC's Deivid Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Durvalino Pombal in the 85th minute of play. Durvalino Pombal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute.
