A hard shot by Agostinho Dante from long distance, 73 minutes into the match, got Rogério Mumbach's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Afonso Cruz hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Gerinaldo's zone, Rubinho Pires stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luisinho Quintal came out of the goal and Rubinho Pires tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benjamin Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogério Mumbach having to interfere. 94 minutes into the game, Edmílson Coutinho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Unhao EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gerinaldo the free kick. Edmílson Coutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Agostinho Dante got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rogério Mumbach quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
