Paulo Carneiro charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo Carneiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute, Paulo Carneiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Washington Peres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Agenor Negri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Allan Tepedino might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zé Augusto Cruz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Allan Tepedino ran back to his position shaking his head. Paulo Carneiro hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Zé Augusto Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilvan de Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Geovani Nunes kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Washington Peres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agenor Negri having to interfere. After 21 played minutes Perises SC got a freekick which was hit by Lino Cordeiro. Allan Tepedino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Zé Augusto Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Agenor Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dito Senna in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of Juraci AD booed when Perises SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovani Nunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Perises SC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wellington Barral was slow to take the kick. During this time Juraci AD's players had a chance to rest. Washington Peres struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Agenor Negri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Perises SC. Dito Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gilvan de Lara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zé Augusto Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Tepedino, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Allan Tepedino in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zé Augusto Cruz saved Perises SC from getting behind. Zé Augusto Cruz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Tepedino in the 55th minute of the match. The supporters of Perises SC booed when Juraci AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Júnior Pontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Perises SC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Washington Peres hit a great ball. In the 66th minute Allan Tepedino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Augusto Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agenor Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dito Senna in the 67th minute of play. Washington Peres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute, Perises SC's Carlinhos Andrade seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Carlinhos Andrade the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Perises SC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Carlinhos Andrade had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Perises SC:s Zé Augusto Cruz showed great skill when he stopped Wellington Barral:s penalty. In the 81st minute, Gilvan de Lara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zé Augusto Cruz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Nelsinho Viana charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nelsinho Viana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Juraci AD's Nelsinho Viana got a free kick in the 87th minute. Washington Peres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lino Cordeiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Agenor Negri having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Washington Peres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Perises SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Washington Peres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agenor Negri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lino Cordeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 94 minutes into the match, Washington Peres notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Juraci AD's Agenor Negri. Agenor Negri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
